Salsa Rice

12-18 servings

1 1/2 cups long grain rice
3 cups chunky salsa
3 cups water

1. Mix rice, salsa and water in small saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, cover with lid and reduce heat to low.
3. Simmer, stirring every 5-7 minutes until rice is tender, about 20-25 minutes.
